82: My Computer Freeze Ups
Why does my computer freeze. I was wondering this question myself not too long ago. I would be using my computer like any other time. When all of a sudden my computer freezes up. I cannot access any programs. My mouse is not moving anywhere. I cannot use control alt delete. The only thing you can do is turn off your computer manually which is unsafe for your computer and causes you to lose any information were using at the time.Anyone who has experienced this knows how big of a pain a computer freeze is. And it is even worse for those who like me had this happening to them on a regular basis. It just seems to come out of nowhere and can be a huge nuisance. The only way to fix this problem and prevent these kinds of computer freezes is to repair the Windows registry. Because it is such a fragile area it was recommended to use a program to clean up registry errors for me. I did so and my computer stopped freezing almost immediately. Even better it began to run like it was brand new.

If you are interested I have recommended the program I used below to solve this problem for me. With this program you will never have to wonder why does my computer freeze up ever again. Give it a try.

Many people have Anti-Virus software installed. Many of the
major Anti-Virus Software Company’s now promote what they
call "Security Suites" or packages. These Security Suites
contain everything from Anti-Virus, Firewall Protection,
SPAM and Pop-Up blockers, and Ad-ware protection. Quite
often, once the software is installed people find out that
things they use to be able to do on the Internet are no
longer possible.

84: What is PHP? Practical Uses of PHP
Created in 1995, PHP originally stood for "Personal Home Page", however it is now generally understood to mean "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor". It was originally designed to create dynamic or more interactive web pages. It is a widely-used, open-source, general-purpose scripting language. PHP is a "high-level" language, meaning that it's generally more human-friendly (and easier to learn) than other programming languages such as C, ASP or ASP.net.

which they send emails under the guise of being a financial institution or other legitimate organization Organized crime seems too be extremely active in the scam known as "phishing" in. In the email they ask unsuspecting victims to verify personal information such as account numbers and passwords. 86: Ten Potent Strategies for Achieving Success
Successful beta testing starts even before your system is born! Does that idea sound strange? It's not really that odd when you think that beta testing is meant to involve a methodical prove-in of a carefully designed system, such as an electronic device, Web site, or automated tool.

87: One Goal at a Time…
A couple of months ago, I knew almost nothing about PHP, only that is was a programming language that I needed to learn. Today, my whole site relies upon PHP and I have gained the confidence that almost anything is possible using PHP. I accomplished this achievement using methods that I will describe in this article.

Set Small Goals That You Can Achieve

One of the most destructive things a programmer can do is to try to develop an extensive program or complicated website all at once

88: What is the History of the Search Engine
The World Wide Web is an important asset for the modern man in his avid search for more and more information. But any Internet surfer knows that this asset has no use without its navigation tools. The search engine is used now commonly by any surfer, but its history goes a long way back.
What is a search engine?

89: What are the technical differences between the phone system and VoIP system
The current phone system relies on a reliable but largely inefficient method for connecting calls known as circuit switching. This technique, which has been used for over 100 years, means that when a call is made between two people, a connection is maintained in both directions between callers for the duration of the call. This dual directional characteristic gives the system the name circuit.

For example, you make a 30-minute call, the circuit will be continuously open and thus used between the two phones. Up until about 1960, this meant that every call had to have an actual dedicated wire connecting the two phones. This led to expensive long distance calls because you were paying for pieces of copper wire to be connected all the way from your phone to the destination phone, and for that connection to remain constant throughout the call.
