You are working on your internet marketing business. You have made a list of all the things you need to do everyday to make your business a success. You quickly become overwhelmed. What can you do? Outsourcing is the answer. If you list the tasks you need to do almost on a daily basis in order to create a successful online business you would include on that list: Work on developing the next new product Continue setting up your website for your current project Create the graphics for your current project Create a bonus product for your current project Create another bonus product for your current project Create a free report for your current project Set up your squeeze page for your current project Set up your autoresponder for your current project Create the sign in box for your squeeze page Write six preliminary emails for your current project Set up the download page and thank you page for your squeeze page Enough work on your current and future projects, now it is time to do the daily marketing tasks for the projects that are up and running. Your list of tasks might be something like the following: Answer emails from customers and subscribers Write two articles Upload articles to a number of article directories Find JV contacts Write to JV contacts Follow up with current JV contacts Review affiliate program Check web stats to view traffic Compute conversion statistics and compare to last week Tweak sales letter to improve conversion Find link partners Check current link partners to verify reciprocal links Review Google Adwords results Edit Adwords campaign You realize that your list is still not complete and there are many more tasks you need to do. You also realize that this is the list for just one website and product. You have to repeat all the steps outlined for each of the other two websites you have set up. You have determined that if you skip all your meals and forego sleeping that there is the possibility you might be able to get almost everything done but not quite. You really would like to eat and sleep though, so what are you going to do? You realize, finally, that you cannot possibly get all the tasks done by yourself. You need help. Where can you turn? The answer is to outsource much of your work. Outsourcing is the act of finding outside contractors to do select tasks. They do the work and then you pay them. There are hundreds if not thousands of contractors out there just waiting to do work for you. There are websites that are specifically geared for the purpose of putting marketers that need work done and contractors that want to do work together. Two of the most popular are Elance and Rent a Coder. Make a list of which tasks can be accomplished by following a set of directions. Those are the tasks that will be the easiest to outsource. Create the directions and then find people to follow those directions. Utilize outsourcing to help you get all the tasks done you need to accomplish. Then enjoy the time you can use for sleeping and eating.
