We offer room acoustics simulation software - Odeon. The Room Acoustic Software can handle room acoustics, loudspeaker installations and to some extend building acoustics or sound transmission in the same model. Results come as acoustic parameters, graphs, gif animations and you can even hear what the simulated room will sound like by Auralisation.
The Acoustic Prediction Software Odeon is ideal for prediction of acoustics in: -
· Concert and Opera halls, Theatres, Churches and Mosques
· Open Plan offices, Foyers, Restaurants, Music Studios
· Underground and Railway Stations, Airport terminals
· Industrial Environments and Outdoor areas with complicated geometry
Odeon Acoustic Simulation Software is available in 3 editions namely Industrial, Auditorium and Combined.
Odeon Industrial features and advantages are mentioned below: -
· Global reverberation time estimate - Takes into account the room geometry and distribution of absorption materials and surface scattering, fast and accurate.
· Calculation of sound pressure level in selected positions, octave bands and A-weighted - Useful for comparison with industrial noise limits
· Mapping of room acoustic parameters in grids - Overview of sound distribution; easy to localise hot spots
· Calculation of spatial decay rate, DL2 - Used for evaluation of the acoustics attenuation with distance in a room
· Calculated STI (Speech Transmission Index) - Used for evaluation of speech privacy in open plan spaces
· Large sound sources can be modeled using lines, surfaces and boxes - Important for an accurate acoustic modelling of halls with large noise sources
· Transmission Loss of surfaces between rooms can be specified - Prediction of sound level in adjacent rooms
For auralisation or evaluation of room impulse response, reflectogram, and 3D reflection path the Odeon Auditorium should be used or the Odeon Combined which includes all features of both the Auditorium and Industrial Edition.
