You might be asking what the basic idea is behind this new website if you are like most people that will hear the name Vidbang. You’ve got to admit it, the website’s name is something that is pretty unique and really gets your attention pretty quickly. This is also part of the reason for the name being as it is. It is meant to reach out and really grab your attention and have you wanting to check it out to see what it is all about. Yes, it is true that there are already many video sharing websites out there to choose from. The basic premise of the website is to make sharing and watching videos pretty easy.

It is pretty simply really; you have a video that you want to share and have decided that you are going to post it on several different websites so that as many people as possible can watch it, and hopefully rate it as a favorite of theirs. There are hundreds of thousands if not hundreds of millions of videos out there that have been placed on several different sites at the same time. How many times have you posted that funny video of your wedding bloopers that you thought was so funny? How many times have you wished that there were more than just a few places to post these videos? This is the idea behind Vidbang in the first place.
